These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to all individuals purchasing or accessing our online dog training video courses ("Services") provided by Buck U Academy ("Company"). By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. Access to Services: 

1.1 Upon payment confirmation, you will receive access to our online dog training video courses.

1.2 Access to the Services is limited to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.

1.3 You may not share, distribute, or resell any content provided through the Services without prior written consent from the Company.

  1. Content:

2.1 All training materials, videos, documents, and any other content provided through the Services are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws.

2.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.3 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or transmit any content provided through the Services without prior written consent from the Company.

  1. Refunds and Money Back Guarantee:

3.1 We offer a 60-day money back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

3.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must complete at least four live Zoom sessions with one of our certified professional trainers.

3.3 Additionally, you must submit at least one daily video, minimum 2 minutes in duration, of you training your dog for a minimum of 14 consecutive days.

3.4 Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the initial purchase date.

3.5 Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after verification of the above requirements.

3.6 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

4.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

4.2 The Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific results from the use of the Services, as results may vary depending on various factors.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.

5.2 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey, USA.

  1. Modification or Termination:

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

6.2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such modification, suspension, or termination.
